2020-2021 SEASON CONCLUDES DUE TO PROVINCIAL EMERGENCY BRAKE PROTOCOLS
2020-21 SEASON END
The 2020-2021 season has been a challenge. Due to the most recent "emergency brake" from the provincial government, BNWT's season has been forced to end early. Effective April 3rd, BNWT will close for the season. Although we realize this decision is out of our hands, we would like to apologize for not being able to provide our courts as a means of preserving both your physical and mental well-being.
A further email update will be distributed shortly after our Tennis Clubs of Canada management team has had a chance to meet and discuss not only our current state of affairs, but our future course of action as well. We certainly appreciate all the positive support we have received from our membership up until now.
2020-21 LESSON CREDITS
If you were registered for Session 2 lessons, we will be editing each and every account, applying a full credit for lesson registration fees. As each of these transactions is processed, our staff will email a revised invoice indicating the amount previously paid and thus credited to your account. The Club will offer a 2-week pre-registration period in the fall, exclusive to those with credits in the system and guaranteeing a spot in your choice of class.
BNWT understands that some may want a full refund. The Club will issue refunds on request, however, please note that all refunds must be done manually over the phone. If you would like a refund, please email us with the account name(s), day, time, and contact phone number over the next week and a member of our staff will call you. Please have your credit card handy in order to expedite this process.
