Player Development Behaviour Standards
We all have been there and have felt anger, fury, and rage on a tennis court, it's a part of what makes us good competitors, but we also learn at one stage to quell that energy and use it to strengthen us and make us better next time. We also have to consider that the actions of one of our team players reflects on all team players, parents, coaches, and even club management, ownership etc. We need to be proud to wear the Skyhawks logo, and compete outside our club because of our behaviour as individuals and as a team. We don't want to jeopardize that reputation.
Please have a look and we welcome any and all feedback. We feel this is at the core of our coaching philosophy of CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT THROUGH SPORT and are hoping to hear back from as many of you as possible.
The following actions considered under our SPORTS-PERSONSHIP POLICY:
-
Foul or Inappropriate Language
